There are many ways to play the new Lost Admiral Returns.  You will rise through the ranks over time as you play on more and more different battle maps, and win bigger victories.

The best way to see different officer careers in action is to download the 30-day trial version of Lost Admiral Returns and view the expanded Internet High Score charts contained in the game.

These charts will show details about what each officer who posts a score is doing in the game, in terms of flagships used, maps played on, and progress made on the Save the Admiral Campaign and different ranking systems.
 You can also see a smaller summary of the different battles recently fought by players on the High Scores webpage.  The in-game views of these charts are much more complete, showing literally 4 charts at the same time, along with expanded details on the battles that resulted in each posted score.
